Areas and seating according to the 2023 hotel brochure, rents according to the 2026 seminar price list. A full day runs from 8 am to 6 pm. The Hansen-Ritschard-Saal and Salon Elisabeth can be combined: 220 m², up to 250 people.
The lobby, the ChochBar and most of the rooms lie side by side on the ground floor. From the Festsaal in the Carlton it is a few steps to the Hansen-Ritschard-Saal in the new building.
Planning a one-day event? Then calculate with the day package. Day packages can be booked for eight people or more.
Half a day in the seminar room with one coffee break and a business lunch.
Included are a projector with screen, pinboard, flipchart, facilitator’s kit, writing set and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, plus table water and a fruit bowl in the plenary room.

6th floorPanoramic roof terrace
The roof terrace on the 6th floor of the Carlton building is unique. High above the rooftops of Interlaken you can celebrate your event undisturbed and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains.
Celebrate your big day with us, on a small or a grand scale. Our historic rooms hold up to 120 guests. Add a cocktail on the roof terrace, a barbecue in the hotel garden or Feuerzangenbowle by the frozen swimming pond.
Aperitif with house wine, then a three-course menu or the barbecue buffet.
With selected white wine, red wine, soft drinks, mineral water and coffee or tea. Menu card and small floral decoration with tea lights on the table.

Place cards, floral decoration with candles in the room and on the tables. For the bridal couple, a suite including breakfast on the wedding night, plus a night’s stay the evening before.
