On your day of departure your room is available until 11 am from Monday to Saturday, and until 12 noon on Sundays and national holidays. Should you need it for longer, please contact reception. The surcharge for a late check-out is CHF 50.00 per hour. After sporting activities, showers are available in the wellness area after check-out.

The breakfast buffet is open from 7 am to 10 am from Monday to Saturday, and until 11 am on Sundays and national holidays. We also offer a 24-hour breakfast service. Instead of the breakfast buffet we will gladly prepare a breakfast box for your excursion: please order at reception by 8 pm the evening before.

Outdoor parking spaces are available at CHF 15.00 (cannot be reserved) and garage spaces at CHF 25.00 (can be reserved) per night. On request we offer a valet parking service for your car; please let reception know.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. You will find the access details on the information sheet you receive at check-in.

Our main hotel entrance is open continuously from 7 am to 11 pm. If you return to the hotel later, please use the code given to you at check-in.

May we help you with your luggage? Please ask for a porter at reception. For this service we charge CHF 5.00 per suitcase each way when you stay in a Classic or Superior room. You can leave your luggage safely locked away at reception before arrival or on departure.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in the hotel. You will find prices, dog rules and the dog menu under Dog-friendly hotel.

In our restaurants we offer lactose-free and gluten-free dishes. For allergy sufferers we have, besides special bed linen, a “ProAqua” room-cleaning system that filters and cleans the air in the room. Asthmatics benefit from this device too.

In a Classic room we will gladly provide a bathrobe on request; the fee is CHF 15.00. From the Superior category upwards these are already in your room. Sustainable “ReuseMe” bath slippers are available at reception for CHF 25.00, to borrow (with deposit) or to buy.

Would you like an extra duvet or a different pillow? We offer synthetic pillows, pillows filled with spelt or millet and, besides the classic “oreiller”, anatomically shaped pillows. We can arrange this for you until 10 pm.

We charge CHF 5.00 for drinks and CHF 10.00 for food per order to the room. We will gladly bring your order to your room from 7 am to 10 pm. We also offer a 24-hour breakfast; the order form is available at reception.

If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9 am, you will get it back within 24 or 48 hours; costs as per price list. Prefer to do your own washing? A washing machine and a dryer are available in the ski and bike room (basement). You need CHF 1.00 per 10 minutes for water and electricity.

From the lockable bike room and the bicycle cage in the garage to an individual bicycle lock, we have everything you need. You can charge your e-bike batteries in the bike room. You can store your skis, boards and boots in the basement. For wet clothing and equipment we have a special drying room, so that everything is dry again the next morning.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. You will find seating for smokers in front of the hotel entrance, or visit our smoking lounge in the Carlton wing. There is an ashtray on the balconies.

A safe is available in your room. In addition, a safe insured against theft is available free of charge at reception.

In our hotel park you can play pétanque or garden chess. We also offer a lawn for games, deckchairs and a natural bathing and swimming pond with plenty of room to relax. In fine weather we are happy to serve breakfast, dinner and drinks from our bar on our terrace by the park.

We will gladly organise (for a surcharge) a shuttle transfer for your luggage or your bicycles. Alternatively, reception will order a taxi for you.
